Shipping/Membership Policy
1. Membership once taken is valid for 1 year or till the time service validity is not over which ever is earlier.
2. Membership can be renewed when its validity get over.
3. Membership can be stopped if any wrong information or fraud is being detected by the member.
4. Membership card holder should provide the membership number to the vendor when ever taking the services to redeem discount points.
5. Any product purchased will be shipped to the registered address of the customer minimum within 7 days to max 15 days of online purchase of the product.
Cancellation Policy
1. Membership can be cancelled within 24 hrs if customer feels he is not interested in the offers. 50% amount will be refunded.
2. Free Service cancellation can be done before 8 hrs of schedule time of service booked otherwise no refund will be done/accepted.
Refund/Return Policy
1. 100% Refund of amount if the customer cancels the services / product within 4hrs of booking the service.
2. No refund will be given if cancellation is not done before 8hrs of scheduled time of service booked.
